Rules, terms and guidelines for a smooth learning experience
📋 Admission Policy
- Admission is open throughout the year for all courses offered by IMS Coaching.
- A free demo class is provided before enrollment to help students decide.
- Students must fill the admission form with accurate personal and academic details.
- The institute reserves the right to deny admission based on batch availability.
- Students under 10 years of age require parent/guardian consent for enrollment.
💰 Fee & Payment Policy
- Fees are to be paid monthly, on or before the 5th of each month.
- Accepted payment modes: Cash only.
- A grace period of 5 days is allowed beyond which a late fee may be applicable.
- Fees paid are non-refundable once the month has commenced.
- Fee receipts will be issued for all payments made at the institute.
- Scholarship discounts are available for economically weaker students — enquire at the front desk.
📅 Attendance Policy
- A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear in internal tests.
- Students absent for more than 3 consecutive days must inform the institute.
- Regular attendance is strongly encouraged for best academic results.
- Parents will be informed if attendance falls below the required threshold.
📱 Device & Conduct Policy
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during class hours.
- Respectful behaviour towards faculty, staff and fellow students is mandatory.
- Any form of ragging, bullying or harassment will result in immediate expulsion.
- Students are expected to maintain cleanliness and discipline within institute premises.
- Any damage to institute property will be recovered from the student.

- All PDFs, notes and practice sheets shared on this website are for enrolled students only.
- Redistribution or commercial use of any study material is strictly prohibited.
- YouTube lectures and Telegram posts are public — please share to help fellow students.
- Content is regularly updated — always download the latest version from the website.
🔄 Cancellation & Leave Policy
- If a class is cancelled by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances, a compensatory class will be arranged.
- Students wishing to take a leave of absence must inform the institute at least 2 days in advance.
- Extended leaves (more than 15 days) may require re-registration.
